Q: How do I know that your customers will buy my service?
A: There is no guarantee. However, we only match you with customers looking for a service you provide and who are located in the ZIP codes you select. Since these customers have been actively searching for the service on the Internet AND they have volunteered their personal information, there is a high likelihood they will purchase your service.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: You only pay for "matches"*, i.e. customers matching the services you offer and who are in your specified area. You pay a fixed rate of $5 (USD) for each customer match that we send by e-mail/pager/phone.
Q: For how long do I have to subscribe?
A: You may suspend the service at any time. You may even use the service just once, to get one customer match, or test the service. To suspend or terminate the service, simply log in to your control panel and turn the service off. Your business will be controlled by you. The amount of customers you want to receive can be turned on and off like a sprinkler.
You only pay for the customers you request. If your business is swamped by sales and you don't need customers, it won't cost you a penny.

Registration is free and there are no service charges. You pay only for results. Each customer match* is at a fixed price of $5 (USD).
Suspending the Account:
You have the option of discontinuing service. If you discontinue service, you will not receive customer contact information, and you will not be charged. If you'd like to resume service, you may do so through your personalized control panel.

* A customer match is defined as a user who fills out our "request free estimate" form and matches the service you provide in the area you serve.
